Holiday Home Description

Appartamento Padronale is a romantic and welcoming two-story apartment surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It sleeps four people. From Appartamento Padronale you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan countryside and of the towers of San Gimignano. Appartamento Padronale is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be roughly 7 km (4.3 miles) from San Gimignano, where you will find restaurants and the shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 6 km (roughly 3.7 miles) and a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Appartamento Padronale from the parking area along a 50-meters (165-feet) private walkway that cuts through the garden. To stay at Appartamento Padronale you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space.

Patio

The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the garden. It is equipped with four armchairs and with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a wood-fired pizza oven.

Living Room

The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace made of stone. In this room you will find a satellite television.

Kitchen

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the patio. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloping and has characteristic exposed wood beams. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a gas oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. There is a big fireplace made of bricks, that can be used to barbecue. There is a table to seat four guests. From the kitchen two French doors will take you to the garden with a view of the hills.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the hills. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the vegetation and of the hills. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
