• Heating (march, april, october and november): EUR 10,00 per day.

• Final cleaning: EUR 60,00.
• Imposta di soggiorno (tourist tax): EUR 1,5 per person per night up to 10 night max.
  

Reservation

• Real time booking is possible thru the "booking engine" WuBook, a booking on line system safe and easy to use. To do it click "BOOK NOW" and follow the instructions indicated in the different steps.

• A page will open with all details of the reservation. Verify all data are correct.
• Confirm it by specifying your personal data and the numbers of your credit card . NO charge will be debited: C.C. data will be used only as reservation guarantee.

• No payment is required for this reservation: the Credit Card is used only as reservation guarantee.
• A no-returnable down payment (Caparra Confiematoria) of 200,00 Euro per week required in absence of a Credit Card Guarantee.
  

Cancellation policy

• If you cancel this booking with an advance less then 30 days, a penalty equal to the 50.0% of the reservation amount will be applied.

Final Payment

Balance off payment at the arrival by:

• Credit Card,
• Cash.

Arrrivals & Departures

Accommodations are always on a weekly basis from sat to sat with:

• Arrival time Saturday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
• Departure time Saturday by 9 a.m.
